What times am I able to access my belongings?

Our gate hours are from 7am to 9pm daily.

Does Alamo Mini-Storage offer pest control?

Alamo Mini-Storage takes pride in the maintenance and cleanliness of our facilities, but pests can sometimes pose a problem just as they do in many homes and businesses. We take preventative measures for insects and rodents, but if you see any signs of their activity, please report it to us immediately.

What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?

Office hours are the hours of operation for the facility when the Resident Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. These hours vary slightly among the different Alamo Mini-Storage properties. Gate hours are the hours your code can be used to open the access-controlled gate. These hours are 7am to 9pm every day of the year.

Do you close for any holidays?

Our office is closed on the following days, but your gate access is still available:
